Happy Mother's Day to all the mamas out there! You are so important to the little (and big) kids that you brought into this world. Thanks for all that you do.

Thanks to my mom for being such a strong, beautiful, intelligent and all-around fantastic lady. You are a wonderful role model, and am so proud to call you my mom.

My mom inspires my work - all the time! I did a photography project called, Memories of My Mother's, where I dug through her archive of photographs and recreated them. I've also done a bunch of family illustrations using the photographs as reference.

I'm so glad my mom worked to keep an organized family archive. I think it's something really special, and am so lucky to have tangible reminders of the past. Just another one of those things that she does... So thanks mom - you're the best.
