COLOUR CRUSH: Mint

It's no secret that I LOVE mint green, almost as much as I love polka dots.  Give me something mint green and polka dotted and you're probably my favourite person in the whole wide world.​

I've been using mint in my designs lately.  It's so fresh.  I love the hints of blue, and it's pastel quality.  It pairs well with so many different hues that I am loving right now.​

​So, for my first COLOUR CRUSH feature - I have chosen mint green.  I've scoured the internet for fabulous minty eye-candy.  So go on, catch a little spring fever with these pale pastel treats!​

WORN Fashion Journal Internship Application

Okay, so I had a fantastic post planned for today, but alas, I will be posting it tomorrow.

​I was working tirelessly on my application for WORN Fashion Journal.  I'm applying for an internship on their next issue.  My eyes burn from staring at my screen all day, so I think it's time for bed.

​On the bright side, I had SO much fun preparing this application.  If I actually get the job I think I might do a piece on the steps I took to get the internship - because so far it's been a great experience.  At the very least, I went on an adventure to a couple of libraries around the city, and got to read a lot of really fascinating articles.
