Welcome wild warriors!

My name is Alexandra, and I am a yoga instructor who moves + writes + teaches in Los Angeles (and sometimes Boston + Toronto, too).

I believe in loving wildly, making your own magic, and living your yoga, every damn day.  I feel that by creating balance on the mat, we can effectively create balance and space, making room to breathe, in all of the corners of our lives.

If you're practicing with me, expect to get sweaty, open up, and feel it all on the mat.  I aim to design classes that focus on linking movement + breath, opening your heart, and letting it all go. My teaching style is rooted in Vinyasa Flow (so you'll build heat + spark your inner fire), but I love to slow things down with longer holds, so students can work on alignment and really begin to experience each pose in the body. A deep and calming relaxation at the end of class will leave you feeling balanced + restored.

I completed my RYT-200 Teacher Training at South Boston Yoga with David Vendetti + Todd Skoglund. However, my practice began as a devoted student of the ever-inspiring + poetic, Bryonie Wise.  I would love to thank all of my wonderful teachers and peers in the Los Angeles, Toronto and Boston yoga communities for their continued love and support.

Want a peek into my practice?  I blog about yoga on Mass Musings (and here), and share images + inspiration daily on Instagram.

I am truly honored to have the opportunity to share this practice of yoga through classes, writing, workshops, community events, and online interactions.  Should you be interested in private yoga classes, articles, organizing an event, or just want to chat about yoga - please don't hesitate to reach out.
